About this Project
Alongside weekly advertising design for a range of local clients, The Low Down commissioned a creative, high-impact subscription campaign to drive up readership. With a feisty ad concept winning QCNA’s Best Large format ad in the first year, the same approach was used to create an overarching campaign look and feel for subsequent years. Punchy colours, simple typography and creative messaging were further augmented by a custom photo shoot with the area’s well known comedian, baring it all to help a local newspaper.
